Dr. Lam is the Chief Executive Officer of Quam Plus International Financial Limited (together with its subsidiaries, “the Group”), Managing Director of Quam Asset Management Limited (“QAM”) and the Chairman of the QAM Investment Committee. Dr. Lam has over 30 years of experience under his belt in corporate finance, brokerage and banking. He also has worked for an international bank for 10 years as the head of its PRC and corporate banking operations.

Dr. Lam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in the University of Western Ontario with a double major in Computer Science and Economics (1976) and a Master of Business Administration in the 3-years MBA Program of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (1983).

Mr. Tang joined the Group in March 2023 and is the Chief Executive Officer of QAM.

Mr. Tang has held various senior private banking roles across different jurisdictions, and has solid experience in overseeing a series of businesses as well as complex transformation projects. Before joining QAM, Mr. Tang served as the CEO at Crosby Wealth Management, establishing a multi-Family Office business servicing ultra-high net worth and high net worth clients. Prior to joining Crosby, Mr. Tang was a Managing Director at BNP Paribas wealth management business.

Mr. Tang has joined the team in providing management and expert advice on adding value to high net worth and core affluent clients’ wealth. In addition to providing traditional financial services, Mr. Tang intends to lead QAM team to focus on exploring and providing popular investment themes in fintech, medtech, environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) and luxury living, and aligns with the Group’s business direction to expand virtual asset services and products, as well as explore more investment opportunities.

Mr. Yan is the Chief Investment Officer of the Group responsible for proprietary investment business.

Mr. Yan has 20 years of investment experience in the financial markets in the Asia-Pacific Region and prior to joining the Group, he was also the Chief Investment Officer of CMBC International Holding Ltd. responsible for investment, financing and asset management. Mr. Yan also has a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Hong Kong.

With 20 years of experience in the financial markets, Mr. Choi joined QAM in 2018 regarding equity portions and focusing in equity research and stock selections.

Mr. Choi has a Master degree in Finance from Hong Kong University and 1st class honours in BBA-Finance programs from City University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Choi has worked as a consultant on top multi-strategy hedge fund experience bases, advising Daiwa Asset Management and Schroders Investment Management's multinational long-term funds and assisting in the management of Asian equity portfolios for 10 years. Prior to joining QAM, Mr. Choi has worked in Morgan Stanley, Dean Witter, ING Securities and has specialised in equity research and stock recommendations for brokerage clients.
